- Account & Registration Data: To use BakeryFlow, you are required to register an account. Each user must provide identifiers such as full name, valid email address, password, phone number, and physical address (City, State, Country). Bakers also provide pickup location information.
- Communications: We record details of your interactions with us (support requests) and communications with other Users on the platform.
- Usage Information: We automatically collect usage data to optimize experience, prevent fraud, and monitor for inappropriate activity.
- Public Profile Information: Profile elements like your storefront, uploaded photos, bakery descriptions, and ratings are publicly accessible.
- Financial Data: We use RevenueCat as our payment processor. They handle and secure your financial data. BakeryFlow does not directly store full credit card numbers.
- Analytics Data: We use PostHog to aggregate and analyze user behavior for troubleshooting and optimization.
2. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our Services or until you close your account. Upon account closure or withdrawal of consent, your data is promptly deleted from our active databases.

We utilize collected data to operate, secure, and refine BakeryFlow, including:
- Managing accounts and verifying identity.
- Facilitating baker-customer connections.
- Processing payments via providers.

- Operationally: With other users to fulfill orders.
- With Service Providers: Including RevenueCat, Brevo, and PostHog, strictly for their functions.
