Options, menu sections, and FAQs - 1.13.0

What we built

You can create option sets like Toppings or Add-ons, give each choice a price, and decide whether customers must pick one. Attach a set to a product, then turn choices on or off for each drop and set a stock cap on a choice. Orders and the Bake List show what each customer chose.

Why it matters

One product can cover every choice, so your menu stays short and you know how many of each to bake.

How to find it

• Open the Manage tab
• Tap Products & Options, then Options, and tap +
• Name the set, add each choice and its price, and tap Save
• Open a product, tap the Options tab, choose the set, and tap Save Options

What we built

You can save section names once, then arrange any drop into them and set their order. Your storefront shows each section with a heading, and customers can tap a section name to jump to it. Duplicating a drop keeps its sections.

Why it matters

A longer menu is easier to read in groups. Customers find what they came for without scrolling through everything.

How to find it

• Open a drop and go to the menu step
• Tap Arrange menu
• Tap Add section, pick or type a name, then add products to it
• Save or publish the drop

What we built

You can add questions and answers, like how pickup works or how to pay, and drag them into the order you want. Customers see them on your storefront before they order.

Why it matters

Customers find the answer themselves, so you reply to the same message less often.

How to find it

• Open the Manage tab
• Tap Customizations, then FAQs
• Tap Add question, enter the question and answer, then tap Add FAQ
• Hold and drag a question to change the order
