Private drops
Keep a drop off your storefront and email an invite to the customers you choose.
What we built
A private drop is hidden from your storefront. Anyone with the link can open it, and only the customers you invite get the drop emails. Pick customers from your list and send them an invite; it goes out when pre-orders open, and you can edit its wording. If you make a private drop public later, the app asks whether to email your customers.
Why it matters
Offer a drop to your regulars first, run a holiday pre-order for your best customers, or share a special batch without putting it in front of everyone.
How to find it
- Start a new drop, or open one in the app
- Choose Only people I invite for who can see the drop
- Publish the drop
- Tap Invite customers, choose who to email, and tap Send
