Easier pickup prep - 1.8.0

What we built

You can print or download packing slips for orders that are ready. Each slip shows what the customer ordered so you can pack bags faster and with fewer mix-ups.

Why it matters

On a busy pickup day, scribbling labels or opening every order one by one slows you down. Packing slips give you a clear checklist for each bag before customers arrive.

How to find it

• Open the bake day (drop) from your Drops list
• Mark the orders you need as ready first
• Tap Print Packing Slips on that drop
• Choose the orders, pick a paper size, then print or download the PDF

What we built

When you filter Orders to a single bake day, a Pickup prep card appears. Tap Review & mark ready to check accepted orders and mark them ready together instead of opening each one.

Why it matters

Right before pickup, you need a quick way to move a stack of accepted orders to “ready.” Doing it one by one eats into the time you need for packing.

How to find it

• Go to the Orders tab
• Filter to one bake day and stay on Ongoing
• On the Pickup prep card, tap Review & mark ready
• Confirm which accepted orders to mark ready

What we built

When you set up a bake day, you can add more than one pickup location and window. Customers choose the spot that works for them when they order.

Why it matters

Some bakers run porch pickup and a second spot the same day, or split morning and evening windows across places. One location per drop was too limiting.

How to find it

• Create or edit a bake day
• Open Pickup locations & windows
• Add a window for each location you want
• Use locations you already saved under Locations
