Set up your phone first
Face ID, Touch ID, face unlock, or a fingerprint must already be set up in your phone's settings.

Open Manage
Scroll to Settings.

Switch on Biometric unlock
Confirm with your face or fingerprint when your phone asks.
When it asks
- When you open the app.
- When you come back after the app has been in the background for 15 seconds or more.
- If it fails, the lock screen shows Unlock to try again, or Sign out.
Turn it off
Go to Manage and switch off Biometric unlock.
FAQ
- Why does it say Set up Face ID on this device to enable?
- Your phone doesn't have Face ID, Touch ID, face unlock, or a fingerprint set up yet. Set it up in your phone's settings, then switch on Biometric unlock again.
- Does this change how I log in?
- No. Your account login stays the same. This is an extra lock on the app on this phone.
