Open the Bake List

Open the drop
On the Drops tab, tap the drop.

Tap Bake List
It's the last tab, after Overview, Menu, and Pickups.
What it shows
- Each item with the total quantity ordered.
- Variants as their own rows, since each one is a separate product.
- Option choices under each item, plus a Totals by option section.
- Every order that isn't cancelled, including Pending orders still waiting on payment.
Limits to know
- It doesn't update live. Leave the drop and open it again to see new orders.
- There's no filter by pickup window.
Bake day workflow

Check the Bake List
Note the totals before you start mixing.

Confirm payments
On each Pending order, tap Confirm Payment Received once the money arrives.

Mark orders ready
Tap Mark as Ready for Pickup when a bag is packed, or mark many at once from the Orders tab.

Mark picked up
Tap Mark as Completed after the customer collects it. The status shows Picked Up.
FAQ
- Can I print the Bake List?
- Not directly. For bag labels, print packing slips once orders are Pickup Ready. For a spreadsheet, use Export on the Orders tab.
- Why doesn't my Bake List match my paid orders?
- It counts Pending orders too, so you can plan before every payment lands. Cancel orders that won't be paid to take them off.
