Open your drop in the app and view the Prep List before you start mixing. You'll see each item, total quantity, and variants if you use them.

Note totals for each item before you start.

Confirm new orders
Tap Confirm when an order comes in so the customer knows you received it.

Mark paid
Once you receive Venmo, cash, etc., mark the order as paid.

Mark ready & completed
Ready when packed. Completed after pickup.
Filter by pickup window
On pickup day, filter orders by window in the Orders tab so you pack in the right order for each time slot.
FAQ
- Does the prep list update as orders come in?
- Yes. Totals update live as customers place orders on your storefront.
- Can I export the list?
- Use the prep list in the app on bake day. Printing or export may come later. For now, screenshot it or read from your phone in the kitchen.
