The flow
- Pending: waiting for you to confirm payment (Venmo, Zelle, cash, or a manual order).
- Accepted: paid and on the bake list.
- Ready: packed for pickup.
- Completed: customer picked up.
- Cancelled: you cancelled an accepted or ready order.
Mark many orders ready
On the Orders tab, filter to one drop and stay on Ongoing. A Pickup prep card appears. Tap Review & mark ready, then confirm which accepted orders to move to ready. Faster than opening each order before pickup.
FAQ
- When does a storefront order leave pending?
- When you confirm off-platform payment, or when a card checkout completes through Stripe. Then it is accepted.
- Can I skip ready and mark completed from accepted?
- No. Mark ready first (one order or in bulk), then completed after pickup.
