Switching from Google Forms

Google Forms works until you are reconciling rows, chasing payments, and overselling trays. BakeryFlow replaces the form with a link customers can actually use.

What you gain

  • Quantity caps (no more "sorry, sold out" emails after the fact)
  • Pickup window choice at checkout
  • Prep list totals instead of manual spreadsheet math
  • Payment instructions built into each order

How to switch

  1. 1

    Set up your catalog

Add your usual items in the app under Products.

  2. 2

    Create your first drop

Mirror your next Form menu: names, prices, and caps.

  3. 3

    Replace the Form link

Post your BakeryFlow storefront link where the Form link used to be.

  4. 4

Run one drop in parallel (optional)

Some bakers test one weekend with a small menu before going all-in.

FAQ

Can I still export order data?
Orders live in the app with statuses and customer details. You do not need to merge Form responses manually.
Will customers be confused?
Usually the opposite. The storefront shows photos, clear prices, and sold-out states.
