You decide what you're baking this week, how many of each item you can make, and when people pick up. Customers use your storefront link to order while the window is open. When it closes, you bake from a clear list instead of guessing from DMs.

Why this beats an always-open menu
Most home bakers don't sell like a cafe open all day. You sell in batches: announce the bake, take orders, close the list, bake, hand off. A drop matches that rhythm so you don't oversell or bake trays nobody ordered.
What customers see
Your storefront link shows your bakery name, this bake day's menu, what's still available, pickup options, and checkout. They don't need the BakeryFlow app. Just the link.
Create your first drop
In the BakeryFlow app, tap Create Drop, add items from your catalog, set pickup details, choose when ordering opens, and publish.

- Yes. We use drop in the app. Many bakers call it a bake day. Same idea: a timed menu people order from before you bake.
- Do customers order before I bake?
- Yes. Orders come in while the window is open. You bake the totals afterward and hand off at pickup.
- Can I run more than one drop at a time?
- Yes. Each drop has its own menu, caps, and pickup windows. Handy for a Saturday market and a Sunday porch pickup.
