Order history
Tap a customer to see their past orders: items, totals, status, and notes. Handy when someone asks what they ordered last week.
What this list is for
- Find a customer before pickup without scrolling every order.
- See how often someone orders and what they usually buy.
- It is not a mass-email or SMS list. Notify me and order emails go out from the order flow, not from this screen.
FAQ
- When does someone appear on the list?
- After their first order, or after they sign up with Notify me on your storefront.
- Can I delete or block a customer?
- Not from the list today. If you need help with a specific account issue, contact support.
