Open the drop
From Drops, open the live drop.

Change close
Use Change Close (pre-order close) and pick a new date and time, then save.
Close the drop early
On the same drop screen, tap Close Drop. Ordering stops. Existing orders stay. Use this when you hit capacity or need to start baking before the original close.
