Add a pickup window

Open the Pickup step
Create a drop (Drops → New drop) and tap Next until you reach Pickup. Or edit a drop before pre-orders open.

Tap Add pickup window
A card called Pickup window 1 appears.

Choose a Pickup location
Pick one of your saved locations. No locations yet? Tap New location, save one, then come back.

Set the Pickup time
Choose From and To, like 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Times are on the drop date in your bakery timezone.
More than one window
Tap Add another pickup window for a second time slot or a second place, like the porch in the morning and the market in the afternoon. Remove a window with its trash icon.
Limits to know
- All windows are on the drop date. To run pickup on two different days, create two drops.
- Once pre-orders open, pickup windows are locked. Set them up before you publish.
- The Orders tab doesn't filter by pickup window. Each order shows its window on the order screen.
FAQ
- Can customers change their pickup window after ordering?
- Not on their own, and you can't edit it on the order. Cancel the order and place a new one for them with New order on the Orders tab.
- What if I only do one pickup time?
- One window is fine. Many bakers use a single Saturday morning slot.
