What's different on BakeryFlow
- You run your drops, orders, and pickup from the BakeryFlow app on iPhone or Android.
- Customers pay you directly by Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer (Canada), or cash. Card checkout through Stripe is optional.
- After a 2-month free trial, it's $6.99/month or $59.99/year. BakeryFlow takes no fee on orders. Card payments carry Stripe's fees.
- Each drop's Bake List adds up what to bake, including the choices customers picked.
How to switch

Add your products
Go to Manage → Products & Options → Products and add your usual items with their prices and photos.

Turn on payment methods
Go to Manage → Payments & Tax and turn on the ways your customers already pay you.

Add your pickup spots
Go to Manage → Locations and add each place customers collect orders.

Create your first drop
On the Drops tab, tap New drop. Set the dates, add products with a Max Qty, add a pickup window, and publish.

Share your new link
Copy your storefront link from Store tab → Storefront card and post it where your Hotplate link used to be.
Tell your customers once
Post where your customers already follow you: "Pre-orders now live at [your link]. Same bakes, new place to order." Pin the post and put the link in your bio so it's easy to find.

- Do customers need an app to order?
- No. They order on your storefront in any browser, on a phone or a computer.
- Do I have to stop using Hotplate first?
- No. Some bakers run one drop on BakeryFlow before moving everything over.
