Open Coupons
In the app, go to Manage and tap Coupons.

Add a code
Tap +, enter a code (like LOAVES10), choose percent or fixed amount, and set the value.

Optional limits
Scope it to one drop, set an expiry, max total uses, or max uses per customer.

Save
Turn it active so customers can use it at checkout.
How customers use it
On the storefront checkout, they enter the code and apply it. The discount shows on the order total. Invalid or expired codes are rejected.
Ideas that work for bake days
- A small percent off for Instagram Stories (FIRSTBAKE).
- A fixed dollar off for regulars on a slow drop.
- A drop-scoped code so a promo only works on this week's menu.
FAQ
- Can a coupon work on every drop?
- Yes, if you leave it unscoped. Or lock it to one drop when you create it.
- Can I turn a coupon off without deleting it?
- Yes. Toggle it inactive in Coupons. Customers cannot apply it until you turn it back on.
