Create a coupon

   Open Coupons

   Go to Manage → Promotions → Coupons and tap +.

   Enter the code

   Type a Code, like WELCOME10.

   Set the discount

   Under Discount type, pick Percent or Fixed amount, then enter the Percent off or Amount off.

   Optional limits

   Choose a Drop (optional) or leave All drops (bakery-wide). Add an Expiry (optional), Max total uses (optional), or Max uses per customer (optional).

   Save

   Leave Active on and tap Create Coupon.

What you see next

The coupon shows under Your coupons with its discount, which drops it covers, and its expiry. Tap a coupon to edit it, then tap Save Coupon.

Use a coupon on a manual order

On Orders → New order, scroll to Order Summary, type the code in Coupon code, and tap Apply.

Ideas that work

• A small percent off for your Instagram Stories (FIRSTBAKE).
• A fixed amount off for regulars on a slow drop.
• A one-drop code so a promo only works on this week's menu.
