Start a new order
From the Orders tab, tap + (New Order).

Choose the drop and customer
Pick an upcoming or live drop. Enter the customer's name, email, and phone.

Add items and pickup
Select products, a pickup window, and how they will pay. You can apply a coupon code. Card checkout is not used on manual orders.
Pending until you confirm payment
The order starts as pending (awaiting payment). When you receive Venmo, cash, or another off-platform payment, open the order and confirm payment so it becomes accepted.
FAQ
- When would I use a manual order?
- A regular texts you after the storefront is awkward for them, or you take an order at the market and still want it on the prep list.
- Do quantity caps still apply?
- Yes. Manual orders count toward the same caps as storefront orders so you do not oversell.
