Open Bakery Preferences
Go to Manage → Bakery Preferences.

Switch Hide address until paid
It's under Pickup privacy.

Tap Save preferences.
When customers see the address
- Card orders: as soon as checkout completes.
- Cash orders: right after they place the order.
- Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Interac, and Other: after you tap Confirm Payment Received on the order.
- Pickup reminder emails always include the address. Only paid or cash orders get them.
Where it's hidden
On your storefront drop page, on the customer's order page until payment is confirmed, and in order emails, which show only the location name.
FAQ
- The customer says they sent payment. Why can't they see the address?
- Their own "I've Sent Payment" tap doesn't reveal it. Check that the money arrived, then tap Confirm Payment Received on the order.
- I pick up at a market. Should I turn this off?
- Probably. A public address like a market is fine to show, and customers can plan before they order.
