What you get notified about
- New order received: when a customer orders on your storefront. For card orders, it arrives once the card payment goes through.
- Your drop is now live: when pre-orders open on a drop. You get an email too.
- Setup and trial reminders while you're getting started.
What doesn't send a notification
- Orders you enter yourself with New order.
- A drop closing. You get an email for that instead.
Turn notifications on or off

Open your phone's Settings
BakeryFlow has no notification settings screen of its own.

Find BakeryFlow
On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → BakeryFlow. On Android: Settings → Apps → BakeryFlow → Notifications.

Choose what to allow
On Android you can turn the New Orders and Drop Reminders channels on or off separately.
FAQ
- I'm not getting new order notifications. What should I check?
- Make sure notifications for BakeryFlow are allowed in your phone's settings, then log out and back in so the app can register your phone again.
- Do customers get push notifications?
- No. Customers don't use the app. They get emails, like order confirmations and pickup reminders.
