How customers leave a review
When pickup is done and you mark the order completed, BakeryFlow emails a review request. They rate and optionally write a note. They do not need the BakeryFlow app.
Where you see reviews

Open Reviews
In the app, go to Manage and tap Reviews.

Read the list
Each review shows the rating, comment, and customer name. Reviews are read-only in the app.
Storefront stars
Your public storefront shows star ratings and recent reviews once you have 5. Until then, reviews stay in the app only so a handful of early scores do not define your shop.

- When does the review email go out?
- After you mark the order completed (picked up). You can change the wording under Manage → Customizations.
- Can I reply to a review in BakeryFlow?
- Not in the app. Reviews are read-only. Thank someone in person or by email if you want to follow up.
